Epsoft Is Changing

Epsoft Computer Services started back in 1999 offering purely technical support services. Our primary function was to provide personal, professional onsite support to home and small business customers. Over the years our business has evolved and our list of services has grown to include consulting, email & web hosting, web design and application development.

We have now reached a point where demand is out stripping available hours and we need to make some changes. We are currently looking at sub-contracting most of our technical support services to a third party so that we can concentrate on the application development side of our business. The priority for us will be to continue providing the same high level of service that our customers have become used to, which is the main reason why our business is 100% referral based!

Over the coming months you will start seeing some changes, primarily this means you will see a new face handling our onsite technical support. We will continue to operate the web hosting side of the business and also act as backup to our new technical support team. We're excited about this new direction and we hope this will enable us to offer even better service to our customers with faster response times.
