IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WINDOWS VISTA

Vista is a major new update to Windows and includes many new security features. There are many products around that are not Vista compatible, major vendors are working on updates to make their products Vista compliant but many low volume products simply do not warrant the many hours of coding time required.

I'm sorry to report that most of our applications do not currently have a Vista compatible versions available. The majority of our applications are/were developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 5.0/6.0 programming language which is not fully compatible with Windows Vista. Some applications can be made to work and we are currently looking into similar workaround's for many of our products. However, as most of our products are low price, low volume applications it is difficult for us to justify spending the time required to update them all. Eventually we hope to provide Vista compatible updates to our major products but this process will take some time.

The only known workaround at this time is to disable the UAC (User Account Control) in Windows Vista. However this removes some of the security of Vista and is recommend only as a last resort. Most of our applications appear to work with the UAC disabled.
